Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven Business Development Manager with a proven track record in driving organizational growth, managing client relationships, and leading strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in IT staffing, consulting, or service-based industries and possess strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and leadership capabilities.

This role is ideal for a senior professional who can identify new opportunities, strengthen client partnerships, and contribute to long-term business expansion while aligning with the company's vision and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company's client base.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.

  • Lead proposal development, client presentations, and contract negotiations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, HR, finance, and delivery) to ensure client satisfaction and service quality.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

  • Create business forecasts and performance reports for management review.

  • Participate in strategic planning discussions and contribute to business direction.

  • Guide and mentor junior business development executives and ensure consistent team performance.

  • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and client meetings.

Qualifications & Skills:-

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or account management preferably within IT staffing, consulting, or professional services sectors.

  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Deep understanding of B2B sales, client engagement, and contract management.

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive collaboration across teams.

  • High integrity, professional maturity, and commitment to organizational growth.
