Job Description : BDM - Nutraceuticals
Drive business growth in the nutraceutical segment with a strong focus on
herbal extracts and nutraceutical ingredients. The role involves key account management, new business acquisition, and strategic market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow business for herbal extracts and nutraceutical ingredients.
- Identify new customers, applications, and market opportunities.
- Manage key nutraceutical accounts and build long-term partnerships.
- Lead techno-commercial discussions, pricing, and contract negotiations.
- Coordinate with R&D, sourcing, and production teams for customized solutions.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Requirements/Qualifications
- 8–12 years of BD/sales experience in nutraceuticals, herbal extracts, or botanical ingredients.
- Strong industry network with nutraceutical brands and ingredient buyers.
- Sound knowledge of herbal extracts, actives, and nutraceutical formulations.
- Proven track record of revenue growth and deal closures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
