Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive at Softevia, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization. This is not your typical sales role - you will be a key member of our small, startup team, contributing to various aspects of the sales process, from ideation to content creation and strategy development.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients interested in Leadbox's WhatsApp business chatbot and marketing solutions, as well as Softevia's product design, digital marketing, and website creation services.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to create compelling sales content, including presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Participate in ideation sessions to contribute to the development of innovative sales strategies.
- Assist in the execution of sales strategies, including email campaigns, webinars, and social media outreach.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for Softevia.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and deliver engaging product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in software development or IT industry is preferred
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in English
