Job Description:

As a Business Development Executive at Softevia, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization. This is not your typical sales role - you will be a key member of our small, startup team, contributing to various aspects of the sales process, from ideation to content creation and strategy development.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients interested in Leadbox's WhatsApp business chatbot and marketing solutions, as well as Softevia's product design, digital marketing, and website creation services.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the team to create compelling sales content, including presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
  • Participate in ideation sessions to contribute to the development of innovative sales strategies.
  • Assist in the execution of sales strategies, including email campaigns, webinars, and social media outreach.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for Softevia.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry developments and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development or sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in software development or IT industry is preferred
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Fluency in English
