Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Mumbai reporting into the Head of Business Development of SNA. The role mandates leading the IT Networking & Security Services vertical at SNA from a business standpoint owning the P&L and it's resultant input & output goals. The incumbent requires a strong knowledge of IT Networking & Security Services(Active & Passive), an existing customer base, strategic thinking, and long term vision to transform this into a standalone business vertical. The incumbent will be given freedom to hire 3 sales executives under her/his leadership.

Necessary Industry Experience working with project management consultants, top real estate clients and architects. The individual must be able to manage large infrastructure projects with long gestation periods from end to end. Individual must be knowledgeable in design, engineering and management of IT, Network, Wi-Fi, EPABX/IP-PBX System, Telecom(DAS, TMRS, ROIP), Security Systems(CCTV, ACS, PIDS & Physical Security Systems) and ELV systems like Fire Alarm System, Public Address System, Building Management System, FMCS System in smart infrastructure segments

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management with minimum 7 years.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • OEM experience in project teams is a plus
  • Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
