Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the corporate training industry, with a strong ability to hunt for new clients, create tailored training solutions, and close deals. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping organizations enhance their workforce through effective training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential corporate clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Solution Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their training needs and develop customized training solutions that address their specific requirements.
  • Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the management team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the training delivery and product development teams to ensure the successful implementation of training solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales within the corporate training industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of corporate training solutions and their impact on organizational performance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
