Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Bengaluru South. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, developing growth strategies, and meeting sales targets. This role involves engaging with prospective clients, understanding their training and upskilling needs, creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to drive business growth.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to create and execute effective growth strategies
  • Proficiency in market research and business analytics
  • Experience in managing and meeting sales targets
  • Understanding of digital skills training or similar industries is an advantage
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
