Business Development Manager

Job description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing relationships with schools and colleges in and around Bangalore. You will help us create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as your monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts.

Job Description

• Exploring new opportunities and relationships that can lead to growth.
• Establishing tie- ups with schools and universities/ institutions across the territory.
• Developing brand awareness, positioning and building strategies and campaigns.
• Conduct seminars on Education Abroad in schools and colleges.
• Ensure the profitability of the Business Unit and the achievement of sales and delivery targets.
• Brainstorm new and creative strategies for marketing and brand awareness.
• Promote consistent customer experience across all services that can represent the overall brand experience.

Desired candidate's profile

We are looking for candidates with ability and proven accomplishments in handling business development/outreach/marketing initiatives and who have good rapport with schools and institutions present in the territory.

Work schedule: 6 days a week, Sunday off. (9hrs a day)

Location: Bangalore

Please note this role requires you to travel within Bangalore and having your own vehicle is a must.
