Key Performance Objectives:

  • Achieve Revenue up to 50 Lacs plus p.a., with Gross Margin and units sold Targets.
  • Target local Corporate Organizations to sell customized solutions & services.
  • Generate Leads independently (cold calls, appointments, referrals, web leads, branding & marketing campaigns & inter-departmental synergy leads) as applicable.
  • Negotiate & close sales orders independently by sales presentations, RFPs (Request for Proposals), SLAs (Service Level Agreements) with customers.
  • Additional expertise in Account Management will be an added advantage i.e., (service delivery, quality, revenue enhancement, cross-selling upselling deep-selling etc.)
  • Ensure a reliable sales pipeline using CRM for continuous & accelerated growth.

Presentation Skills

Comfortable with an audience, delivers presentations both verbally and in writing, creates accurate and punctual reports, shares information and ideas with others, has good listening skills

Sales Goals

Achieves business plan goals, meets new business development goals, sells an appropriate product mix.

Sales Skills

Develops new business, identifies, and sells to customer needs, translates product features into customer benefits, has good listening skills, is sensitive to customers, delivers effective presentations, negotiates well, uses closing skills appropriately, develops sales skills
