Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new franchise/business opportunities
- Generate leads and acquire new clients
- Conduct presentations and franchise investment discussions
- Onboard brands and franchise partners
- Negotiate and close franchise deals
- Manage client relationships and brand servicing
- Maintain sales pipeline and CRM records
- Achieve monthly revenue and growth targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding process
- Follow up with clients and maintain long-term business relationships
Requirements:
- Experience in Business Development / Franchise Sales / B2B Sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Lead generation and client acquisition experience
- Target-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of CRM and sales processes
- Ability to handle meetings, presentations, and client interactions professionally
