Job Description
Business Development Manager are responsible for acquiring new to bank relationships for the bank through savings account, current accounts, wealth management products and other Banking products offered by the Bank from time to time.
Generate New Business to the Bank by doing fresh Acquisition of CASA other Banking products.
Manage and sell Savings account and Current account by conducting several marketing activities.
Understand and analyze the customer needs and provide customized solutions to fulfil their requirements.
Engagement with sourced customers to increase cross selling
Extend professional customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and retention
To actively participate in driving campaigns conducted across liability and other products
To conform to processes of the bank and have a high focus on compliance
Coordination with internal departments to fulfill responsibilities of the role
Day End And Other Reporting As Required
