Job Summary

We are looking for a mid-level sales professional with strong experience in PCBA-related products and solutions, who can drive business growth by developing new customers and managing key accounts in the automotive and electronics R&D ecosystem. The role requires a blend of technical understanding, customer engagement, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business development and sales for LPIM-based PCBA enclosure and protection solutions
  • Identify and develop new customers in automotive, electronics, EV, and industrial R&D segments
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships
  • Engage with R&D, design, and engineering teams at customer organizations to understand application requirements
  • Promote LPIM technology benefits for PCBA encapsulation, protection, and enclosure
  • Work closely with application engineering and operations teams for solution development and proposal preparation
  • Prepare techno-commercial proposals, pricing, and negotiations
  • Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and market trends
  • Participate in industry events, customer visits, and technical discussions
  • Provide market feedback to management on customer needs and competitive landscape

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field preferred)
  • 4–6 years of experience in sales or business development of:
  • PCBA-related products or solutions
  • Electronic enclosures, potting, encapsulation, or protection solutions (preferred)
  • Strong network and contacts within:
  • Automotive OEMs & Tier 1 suppliers
  • Electronics and product development R&D centers
  • Proven experience in B2B technical sales
  • Good understanding of PCBA design, manufacturing, and protection requirements

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience selling to automotive electronics / EV / industrial electronics customers
  • Exposure to R&D-driven sales cycles
  • Knowledge of LPIM, potting, encapsulation, or enclosure technologies is an added advantage
