Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Description:
What You'll Do
- Identify and onboard new distribution channels - hotels, restaurants, cafes, clubs, and event partners.
- Build and manage relationships with HoReCa, retail, and corporate accounts.
- Work with the founder to create sales pitches, partnerships, and sampling programs.
- Explore vending, gifting, and workplace wellness opportunities for bb.
- Track and report sales pipeline, closures, and revenue growth.
- Support in negotiations, pricing discussions, and partner onboarding.
- Represent the brand at pop-ups, events, and tastings when needed.
What We're Looking For
- 12 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, ideally in F&B, FMCG, or hospitality.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter energy - someone who can spot opportunities, not wait for instructions.
- Comfort with fast-paced, early-stage environments (you'll be building systems from scratch).
- A love for food & beverage culture, and a curiosity about new-age consumer brands.
