Job Summary:
Responsible for identifying new geographic and business expansion opportunities while leading out-licensing initiatives. The role combines strategic market development with deal leadership and senior stakeholder engagement.
Role:
Assistant Manager/Manager, (Out‑Licensing, EAPAC markets, BD&L)
Qualification:
B Pharma with MBA or M Pharma with minimum 4-5 years of experience
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead identification and assessment of new markets for portfolio expansion and licensing.
• Develop market entry strategies including partner models, regulatory pathways, and commercial structures.
• Lead end-to-end out-licensing transactions from partner sign-off to launch batch execution.
• Drive term sheet development and internal decision-making and execution.
• Act as deal lead coordinating cross-functional inputs and approvals.
• Build and maintain senior-level external partner relationships.
• Provide strategic guidance on portfolio positioning by market.
• Prepare leadership-level presentations and recommendations.
