Position Title: Business Development Manager (International Markets)

Location: Gurugram

Experience: 5-8 years

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in business development, with a proven track record of driving growth in international markets. This role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and expanding the company's footprint globally.

Key Responsibilities

Market Expansion and Strategy:

  • Identify and evaluate potential new markets and opportunities for business growth in international territories.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities in global markets.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in international markets to increase brand presence and sales.

Sales And Revenue Growth

  • Achieve sales and revenue targets by identifying new clients and opportunities in international markets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations, and pricing models tailored to each client's needs.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies and campaigns for international markets.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with product development, marketing, and operations teams to ensure that international market strategies are aligned with overall business goals.
  • Coordinate with international teams to ensure smooth operations and support in foreign markets.
  • Stay updated on global trade regulations, market conditions, and business trends to provide actionable insights to internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of proven experience in business development, with a focus on international markets.
  • Strong understanding of international business practices, market dynamics, and cultural nuances.
  • Experience in B2B sales, market entry strategies, and developing key business partnerships across borders.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and revenue growth in international markets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or MBA in a relevant field.
  • Experience working with diverse industries or markets, such as Europe, North America, or Asia.
  • Knowledge of multiple languages or experience working with multilingual teams is a plus.
