Job Description

We are looking for a business development manager who can drive new business growth by opening strategic accounts, building strong client relationships, and converting our delivery capabilities into sustainable revenue.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the full sales cycle, working closely with delivery teams, and engaging with global decision-makers in a consultative manner.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across international markets

Own end-to-end sales cycles: prospecting, discovery, proposals, negotiation, and closure

Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, founders, and senior stakeholders

Understand client business challenges and position tailored digital solutions

Collaborate closely with delivery, solution architects, and marketing teams

Develop account strategies, pipeline forecasts, and revenue plans

Represent SentientGeeks in client meetings, virtual discussions, and industry forums

Contribute to improving sales processes, outreach strategies, and GTM initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in IT services / software solutions business development

Proven track record of closing mid-market or enterprise deals

Strong exposure to international clients and global delivery models

Experience selling custom software, web & mobile solutions, cloud services, or enterprise systems

Exposure to various platforms such as SaaS, DevOps, AI/ML, and data-driven systems.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills

Comfortable working in a fast-growing, execution-driven environment

Ability to work independently with high ownership and accountability

Familiarity with CRM tools, outbound sales workflows, and account-based selling
