Business Development Manager

Reporting To: Management

Role Summary:

The Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth and market expansion across Media, Fitness, Retail, Consultancy, and Education verticals for Being Iban Pvt. Ltd. & its Group of Companies. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and strengthening client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute business growth strategies across multiple verticals

Identify new business opportunities, institutional tie-ups, franchises, and corporate partnerships.

Generate leads, conduct meetings, present proposals, and close deals

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Coordinate with marketing, operations, creative, and academic teams

Lead negotiations, finalise contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review Skills & Competencies

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Proven experience in revenue generation and client acquisition

Strategic thinking and market expansion capability

Relationship management and team coordination

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or a related discipline from a recognized institution

Master's degree (MBA / PGDM) in Marketing, Sales, Business Strategy, or Operations will be strongly preferred

Minimum 56 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships

Prior experience working with group companies or multi-vertical organisations preferred
