Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Gurgaon. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, leading client presentations, creating proposals, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to business growth.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
  • Strong understanding of Auto-ID solutions, RFID, barcode technologies, and industry trends
  • Skills in market analysis, strategic planning, and sales forecasting
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site role and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the government, retail, manufacturing, automotive, or healthcare sectors is an added advantage
