Job Description
Customer Management:
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major International clients
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of customer decision making structure & facilitate strengthening of relationship between internal leadership & customer
- Prepare and pursue beat plan with Customer leading to customer intimacy
- Manage RFP from customer including complying with internal processes
- Expanding the relationships with customers by identifying customer requirements & continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customer in a timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between customer and internal leadership & stakeholders
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
Keep track of various enquiries from customers identifying new business opportunities
Management of Repository of BD related data - POs, MOMs, Historical data, Calculations, Presentations, Reports etc.
Market Research:
- Track and collect market info to support business decisions
- Identify upcoming opportunities for business
- Collect data to support client discussions, collect industry info etc.
- Generate new leads, screen potential business opportunities
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
