Position: Business Development Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Business Development Associates and sales representatives to achieve revenue targets.
- Continuously monitor, mentor, and train the team to improve performance and increase conversion rates.
- Counsel prospective learners, offer career advice, and help them understand how CCBP 4.0 Programs can accelerate their careers.
- Communicate the effectiveness and uniqueness of CCBP 4.0 Programs.
- Take full ownership of the sales closing lifecycle for your team, including phone/video calls, product demonstrations, closing deals, and managing post-sales relationships.
- Maintain a detailed database of all lead interactions and provide continuous feedback on lead quality to the respective teams.
- Carry weekly revenue and enrollment targets and ensure timely achievement.
- Analyze and share feedback on customer behavior, market trends, and competition with the marketing team.
- Handle escalations promptly and work to improve the customer experience.
- Make strategic suggestions, allocate sales targets, and define responsibilities for each team member.
- Respond quickly to critical issues and offer effective solutions.
What are we looking for
- Proven experience of at least 1 year in managing a sales team.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), excellent interpersonal skills, and effective presentation abilities.
- Fluency in English and native proficiency in Marathi.
- Highly dedicated individuals with strong determination and a hardworking attitude.
- Experience in the EdTech domain is a plus.
- A strong sense of empathy and patience when dealing with learners and team members.
- A structured approach to building and managing sales funnels, collecting and using feedback, prioritizing tasks, and consistently achieving targets.
- A strong sales mindset with the ability to communicate NxtWave's value propositions effectively.
- A passion for delivering the highest standards of customer service.
Languages Known:
- Native speaker of Marathi
- Excellent proficiency in English

- Work from Office (Hyderabad)
