We are hiring a Business Development Manager responsible for new client acquisition and deal closures.
This is an end-to-end sales role where you will independently manage the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.
- Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities (inbound and outbound)
Conduct discovery calls and client meetings
Pitch services based on client requirements
Negotiate commercials and close deals independently
Achieve 45 client closures per month
Maintain and manage a healthy sales pipeline
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding
Track and report sales performance regularly
- Required Experience & Skills
36 years of experience in sales / business development
Proven experience in closing deals independently
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience selling services (agency, SaaS, consulting) preferred
Comfortable working with targets and monthly goals
Willing to work onsite from Ahmedabad
