Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and infrastructure sector.
- Generate leads, build client relationships, and convert prospects into long-term customers.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cyclefrom prospecting to closing.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and tenders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and client communication logs.
- Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities to expand brand presence.
Required Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 25 years of proven experience in business development within the construction industry (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of construction services, materials, and project workflows.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and documentation.
