Role Description

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue for Royal Tint. Responsibilities include developing and executing business strategies, negotiating and closing deals, managing existing client accounts, preparing sales forecasts, and collaborating with the marketing team on strategic initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, requiring collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to expand the company's market presence.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
  • Experience in strategic business planning and execution
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the smart glass or related industries is an advantage
