Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads via cold calls, emails, networking, and industry events.
- Build a strong pipeline and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Develop and execute quarterly and annual sales plans aligned with company goals.
- Track sales performance and regularly report metrics to management.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business.
- Act as a client liaison to understand requirements andsuggest appropriate research solutions.
- Manage client expectations and support project delivery in coordination with operations team.
- Work with project managers, research executives, and analysts to develop proposals and pricing.
- Provide client feedback to internal teams for service improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 36 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in market research, consulting, or data services.
- Strong understanding of market research services (quantitative, qualitative, online panels, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and online research platforms.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable in a small team/start-up culture.
