Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Business Development Manager. The individual will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and negotiating contracts. Other responsibilities include market research and analysis, assisting in the development of marketing strategies, and contributing to company growth initiatives. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will collaborate with teams across departments to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Business development and relationship-building skills to identify opportunities and foster client partnerships
• Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and strategic planning
• Sales acumen with skills in negotiation and closing deals
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Prior experience in performance marketing or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Experience: 1 to 3 Years

Salary:15k to 30k PM

Working Days: 5 Days WFO, Sat WFH
