Job Description

Enterprise Account Manager – Sales & CX Transformation Solutions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business acquisition and achieve revenue targets across India and the MENA region
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts through strong relationship management
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote Sales and CX Transformation solution
  • Build new business channels and identify market opportunition
  • Present solutions to prospective clients and lead discussions through the sales cycle
  • Address client requirements and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Support the launch and market positioning of new consulting solution
  • Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure and delivery

Key Skills

  • Strong business development and account management experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to understand and articulate Sales and CX Transformation solution
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and customer-focused approach
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to achieve revenue targets
