Job Description

Responsiblities

  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities in the real estate sector (residential plots & projects).
  • Pitch company offerings and services to prospective leads.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely and quality project delivery.
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and presentations.
  • Work towards achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain records of sales activities using CRM tools or Excel.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales-driven and result-oriented approach.
  • Good understanding of real estate sales, especially in plotting or residential sectors.
  • Local area knowledge (Pune/PCMC) is preferred.
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
