Responsiblities
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities in the real estate sector (residential plots & projects).
- Pitch company offerings and services to prospective leads.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely and quality project delivery.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and presentations.
- Work towards achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain records of sales activities using CRM tools or Excel.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven and result-oriented approach.
- Good understanding of real estate sales, especially in plotting or residential sectors.
- Local area knowledge (Pune/PCMC) is preferred.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
