Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive with experience in IT staffing (India) and workforce augmentation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and driving business growth in Pune and surrounding regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients in need of IT staffing services.
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
• Understand client hiring needs and offer tailored IT staffing solutions.
• Create and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time placements.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of qualified IT professionals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market demands to enhance business opportunities.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in IT staffing, B2B sales, or recruitment sales.

Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and achieving sales targets.

Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry hiring trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with CRM tools, ATS platforms, and sales prospecting techniques is a plus.
