Role Summary

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding business opportunities, and strengthening relationships with healthcare stakeholders in the assigned territory. The role involves achieving revenue targets, enhancing market presence, executing promotional activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.


Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Expand doctor, hospital, clinic, and institutional tie-ups.


Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high service satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve client concerns in a timely and professional manner.


Market Research & Analysis
  • Conduct regular market research to track competition, pricing, and industry trends.
  • Share actionable market insights with management to support strategic decisions.


Promotional Activities
  • Plan and execute territory-level promotional campaigns, CMEs, and engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for localized initiatives to enhance brand visibility.


Reporting & Compliance
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, activity trackers, and client feedback to management.
  • Ensure timely payment collections and strict adherence to company policies and processes.
