Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager located in Ludhiana. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving strategic sales plans, developing and nurturing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role requires creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet revenue and organizational goals. The successful candidate will also analyze market trends and conduct data-driven decision-making to contribute to the growth and success of the company.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales and Business Development, including identifying and growing key client relationships
- Proficiency in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Decision Making
- Experience in Negotiation, Proposal Development, and Contract Management
- Excellent Communication, Relationship Building, and Leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM tools and understanding of sales performance metrics
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
