About OmjiOmji is India's first dedicated spiritual stays and ashram accommodation platform. We collaborate with ashrams and spiritual hospitality providers nationwide to make devotional travel seamless, trustworthy, and accessible to devotees and seekers.
Role OverviewThis role will be responsible for building and scaling Omji's travel agent and institutional partner network across India. This role will focus on establishing strong relationships with travel agencies, pilgrimage tour operators, and offline travel ecosystem partners to drive demand and conversions.
The ideal candidate has a strong network in the offline travel industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of building successful distribution partnerships.
Key ResponsibilitiesPartnership Acquisition & Network Development- Identify and onboard travel agents, tour operators, and pilgrimage travel companies.
- Build long-term partnerships with agencies that can bring recurring demand.
- Develop regional partner clusters and onboarding funnels.
Revenue & Demand Generation- Drive B2B demand targets and support booking conversions through partner channels.
- Create and implement incentive and commission structures to ensure business traction.
- Monitor sales pipeline, partner performance, and conversion efficiency.
Relationship Management- Maintain strong ongoing relationships with key B2B partners.
- Address partner requirements, provide training on systems/offers, and improve engagement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for bulk travel inquiries and group bookings.
Go-To-Market & Expansion Strategy- Build and execute partnership expansion plans across cities and pilgrimage circuits.
- Work closely with product, operations, and city teams to improve partner experience.
- Represent Omji at travel events, trade shows, and industry networking forums.
Requirements- Minimum 36 years of experience in B2B business development or partnerships, ideally in travel, hospitality, or tourism.
- Prior experience working with offline travel agents or pilgrimage travel operators preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of demand generation and conversion funnels.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems, reporting dashboards, and digital tools.
- Existing network in the spiritual or pilgrimage travel ecosystem. (Optional)
