Red Craft Events is looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team! If you have a passion for events and a strong network in the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) industry, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the MICE segment

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Generate leads, pitch services, and close deals

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless event experiences

• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development (preferably in events/MICE industry)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Existing client network in Mumbai is a plus

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
