Role Description
As a Business Development Manager at ALH Infratech, you will play a key role in driving business growth across hospitality, commercial, corporate, architectural, residential, and custom furniture projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong industry connections, commercial acumen, and the ability to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, generate, and convert high-value leads into successful projects.
Handle contracts, empanelment, tenders, and bidding processes.
Qualifications
Architect and/or
Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in hospitality, commercial, corporate, architectural, residential, or custom furniture projects.
Strong expertise in at least one core category within the built environment or interiors domain.
Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and lead conversion.
Solid understanding of commercials, costing, contracts, and negotiations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong professional network within the architecture, interiors, or construction ecosystem.
