- Identify and pursuenew business opportunitiesand strategic accounts
- Handleclient escalations, resolve issues, and maintain strong long-term relationships
- Conductproduct demos(beyond PowerPoint) showcasing technical features, integrations, and client benefits
- Generate leads throughcold calls, emails, LinkedIn, campaigns, referrals, and inbound platforms
- Convert qualified leads into paying customers through consultative sales techniques
- Build and manage a healthysales pipelineand keep CRM systems updated
- Analyze market trends andtrack competitorsto refine sales strategies
- Leadproposal creation, presentations, and budget discussionswith clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
Preferred candidate profile
- 2-5 years of experience inB2B IT sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience interacting withenterprise clients and top-level management
- Willingness to travel frequently for in-person client meetings
- Knowledge of CRM tools and lead generation platforms
- Ability to explain complex tech solutions in simple, client-friendly language
- A proactive, go-getter attitude with a passion for sales and growth
