Roles & Responsibilities

  • Engage withC-level executivesand decision-makers to pitch tailored IT solutions
  • Be ready totravel for client meetingsanywhere in India
  • Identify and pursuenew business opportunitiesand strategic accounts
  • Handleclient escalations, resolve issues, and maintain strong long-term relationships
  • Conductproduct demos(beyond PowerPoint) showcasing technical features, integrations, and client benefits
  • Generate leads throughcold calls, emails, LinkedIn, campaigns, referrals, and inbound platforms
  • Convert qualified leads into paying customers through consultative sales techniques
  • Build and manage a healthysales pipelineand keep CRM systems updated
  • Analyze market trends andtrack competitorsto refine sales strategies
  • Leadproposal creation, presentations, and budget discussionswith clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction

Preferred candidate profile

  • 2-5 years of experience inB2B IT sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience interacting withenterprise clients and top-level management
  • Willingness to travel frequently for in-person client meetings
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and lead generation platforms
  • Ability to explain complex tech solutions in simple, client-friendly language
  • A proactive, go-getter attitude with a passion for sales and growth
