Job Description

Location - Vile parle east

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Mumbai sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Execute sales strategies and drive business development in the Mumbai region.
  • Manage CRM, sales funnel, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Mentor, train, and support the sales team for target achievement.
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
  • Support key customer meetings and deal closures.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for local campaigns and lead generation.
  • Monitor team performance and implement improvement plans.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3–6 years of experience in IT Hardware sales with team handling experience.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM, sales strategy, and pipeline management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
  • Willingness to travel within Mumbai.
