Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, to be stationed in Gujarat region and willing to travel as required for business purpose. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and developing strategies for business growth. The role involves market research, attending meetings and collaborating with various departments to achieve company objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Business Development and Client Relationship Management
- Strong abilities in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation to effectively connect with clients
- Proficiency in Market Research to identify opportunities and make decisions
- Experience in Marketing and developing business partnerships
- Self-motivated, results-driven attitude with the ability to work both independently and within a team
- Bachelor's degree in any stream, MBA or relevant specialized qualification is an added advantage
- Experience in the TIC sector will be an advantage
