Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Surat,Ahmedabad,Rajkot & Mumbai for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations, and meeting sales targets. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for conducting market research to identify growth opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to develop customized advertising solutions, and analyzing market trends to ensure optimal performance of campaigns.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and negotiation skills, with experience in developing and maintaining client relationships
- Strategic thinking and market research skills to identify new business opportunities and trends
- Proficiency in preparing and delivering presentations as well as effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively
- Knowledge of digital advertising or out-of-home marketing is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for creating reports and presentations
- Experience in the advertising or marketing industry is an advantage
