Develop and execute sales strategies focused on India GCCs and domestic clients to achieve and exceed annual revenue targets (typically INR 30 40 crore).
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, including strategic accounts, typically managing anywhere between 10-20 key accounts for sustained revenue growth and client satisfaction.
Maintain and actively manage a robust sales pipeline valued at INR 20 - 30 crore to ensure consistent business development and forecast accuracy.
Engage with senior stakeholders within client organizations to identify needs, present technology solutions, and negotiate contracts.
Collaborate closely with delivery, marketing, and product teams to align solutions with client requirements and market trends.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities within India GCCs and domestic markets through proactive outreach and networking.
Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to senior management to inform business strategy.
Lead proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations to secure new business.
Monitor sales performance metrics, forecast sales, and prepare regular reports for management review.
Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for clients.
Participate in industry events, conferences, and client forums to enhance brand presence and build relationships.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum 10 years of experience in technology sales or business development, with significant exposure to India GCCs and domestic clients.
Proven track record achieving and exceeding sales targets year-on-year (details available during interview).
Experience managing and growing a substantial number of strategic accounts.
Demonstrated ability to maintain and develop a healthy sales pipeline valued in the multi-crore range to drive predictable revenues.
Deep understanding of technology services/products relevant to GCCs and domestic enterprises.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead sales cycles end-to-end.
Familiarity with sales CRM tools and sales performance metrics.
Willingness to travel as needed across client locations.
Preferred:
Experience in pharma, life sciences, retail, or technology sectors servicing GCCs.
Knowledge of India's GCC ecosystem and domestic market dynamics.
Established networks within key GCC decision-makers and domestic enterprise clients.
