Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies focused on India GCCs and domestic clients to achieve and exceed annual revenue targets (typically INR 30 40 crore).
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, including strategic accounts, typically managing anywhere between 10-20 key accounts for sustained revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain and actively manage a robust sales pipeline valued at INR 20 - 30 crore to ensure consistent business development and forecast accuracy.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders within client organizations to identify needs, present technology solutions, and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery, marketing, and product teams to align solutions with client requirements and market trends.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities within India GCCs and domestic markets through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis to senior management to inform business strategy.
  • Lead proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations to secure new business.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, forecast sales, and prepare regular reports for management review.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for clients.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and client forums to enhance brand presence and build relationships.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in technology sales or business development, with significant exposure to India GCCs and domestic clients.
  • Proven track record achieving and exceeding sales targets year-on-year (details available during interview).
  • Experience managing and growing a substantial number of strategic accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain and develop a healthy sales pipeline valued in the multi-crore range to drive predictable revenues.
  • Deep understanding of technology services/products relevant to GCCs and domestic enterprises.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and lead sales cycles end-to-end.
  • Familiarity with sales CRM tools and sales performance metrics.
  • Willingness to travel as needed across client locations.

Preferred:

  • Experience in pharma, life sciences, retail, or technology sectors servicing GCCs.
  • Knowledge of India's GCC ecosystem and domestic market dynamics.
  • Established networks within key GCC decision-makers and domestic enterprise clients.
