Job Description

PurposX a real estate platform powered by AI and a recommendation engine, making property searches more efficient and personalized.

Your primary responsibilities will include lead generation, building a robust sales pipeline, and establishing and nurturing relationships within the builder and real estate industry networks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation:

  • Identify and target potential clients and prospects within the real estate market.
  • Utilize various channels such as online research, networking events, referrals, and industry databases to identify leads.
  • Create and execute effective lead generation strategies to ensure a steady influx of potential clients.

2. Pipeline Building:

  • Develop and maintain a structured and comprehensive sales pipeline.
  • Qualify leads and prospects to prioritize efforts effectively.
  • Continuously update and track opportunities, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.

3. Builder Networking:

  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with builders, developers, and other key players in the real estate industry.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to establish a strong presence and expand the firm's builder network.
  • Collaborate with builders to identify partnership opportunities, project listings, and joint marketing initiatives.

4. Client Engagement:

  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase properties at the site and value proposition.
  • Understand clients real estate needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

5. Market Analysis:

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the real estate industry.
  • Conduct market research to identify areas for growth and potential niches for the firm.

6. Reporting and Analytics:

  • Regularly report on lead generation efforts, pipeline status, and business development activities to senior management.
  • Analyze key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

7. Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and maximize lead conversion.
  • Work with other departments to ensure a seamless client onboarding and servicing process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record in business development and sales within the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market, including trends, regulations, and key players.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships effectively.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
