Your primary responsibilities will include lead generation, building a robust sales pipeline, and establishing and nurturing relationships within the builder and real estate industry networks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
- Identify and target potential clients and prospects within the real estate market.
- Utilize various channels such as online research, networking events, referrals, and industry databases to identify leads.
- Create and execute effective lead generation strategies to ensure a steady influx of potential clients.
2. Pipeline Building:
- Develop and maintain a structured and comprehensive sales pipeline.
