- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to achieve and surpass revenue targets
- Familiarity with the tech industry, including Software, FinTech, or MarTech, is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Adaptability and a proactive approach in both remote and in-office settings
