The candidate will lead initiatives to onboard Brands/Distributors/Dealers to build new business for the company.
The candidate should have a keen interest in Tele sales and have strong communication skills.
Fluent in Telugu, Tamil or Kannada language is a must.
Inter department liaising required with various functions of Progcap viz Credit team, post sanction team, disbursal team, tech team etc. to ensure efficiency and faster TAT in disbursal
The candidate should be able to understand the client's profile and industry and accordingly recommend the best product fit.

Strong pitching, listening, relationship building and networking skill
The candidate should be proactive in approach and driven to achieve the assigned sales target
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Bachelor's degree/master's degree
Fresher/ 2-5 years prior business development or tele sales experience
