We are seeking a dynamic Manager Sales & Business Development (Geo Expansion) to drive revenue growth and expand our footprint in new and existing geographies. This is a high-impact outside sales role focused on acquiring new clients, strengthening key accounts, and promoting Galaxy's IT infrastructure and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline within the assigned geography
Client Engagement
- Conduct on-site meetings with prospects and existing customers to understand their IT infrastructure requirements
- Analyze business challenges and propose customized IT solutions
Sales Presentations & Proposals
- Deliver impactful product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Prepare commercially competitive proposals, including pricing and implementation strategies
Relationship Building
- Build long-term relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders
- Position yourself as a trusted advisor by sharing industry insights and best practices
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and project management teams to ensure smooth solution deployment
- Share market and customer feedback with internal stakeholders
Performance & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline updates in the CRM system
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience:
- 4+ years of outside sales experience
- Open to profiles with 35, 57, and 7+ years of experience
- Proven track record in IT Infrastructure / Technology Solutions sales
