Business Development Manager

We are hiring multiple Business Development Managers for multiple locations across India. This is a Field Sales role and would require short travel from base location. This would be an individual contributor role with set targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit medical colleges, institutions, and coaching centers to generate leads and build strong relationships.
• Drive the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to conversion and closure.
• Conduct product presentations and counsel prospective students on NEET-related offerings
• Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for students.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Field Sales is mandatory.
• Proven experience in Ed-Tech sales and business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Target-driven with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
