About the Role


We are looking for highly driven and relationship-oriented Business Development Managers to expand our presence across medical colleges and healthcare institutions in South India. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in business development or field sales within the NEET PG, medical education, or healthcare edtech ecosystem and possess strong relationships with key stakeholders in medical colleges

.
This role requires travel within the assigned territory to build partnerships, drive student engagement, and strengthen the organization's footprint among aspiring postgraduate medical student

Key Responsibiliti

  • es:Develop and manage relationships with medical colleges, teaching hospitals, and key academic stakeholde
  • rs.Drive adoption and awareness of NEET PG preparation offerings among students and facul
  • ty.Conduct regular campus visits, seminars, workshops, and engagement activiti
  • es.Identify new partnership opportunities and establish long-term institutional relationshi
  • ps.Collaborate with internal marketing and academic teams to execute regional growth initiativ
  • es.Track market trends, competitor activities, and student requirements within the assigned territo
  • ry.Own revenue and enrollment targets for the assigned regi
  • on.Maintain a strong pipeline of institutional partnerships and student acquisition opportuniti
  • es.Ensure timely reporting of field activities, lead generation efforts, and business outcom

Experience/Skills requi

  • red:2-6 years of experience in Business Development, Institutional Sales, or Field Sa
  • les.Prior experience selling or promoting NEET PG, medical education, healthcare education, or related products is mandat
