Job Summary:
Precision Path Lab is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base and strengthen relationships with healthcare providers. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting diagnostic services, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare networks
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, and corporate clients
• Promote and market the laboratory's diagnostic services
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
• Conduct field visits, client meetings, and presentations
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Prepare reports on sales activities, leads, and performance
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (healthcare/lab industry preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach
• Willingness to travel for fieldwork
Preferred Skills:
• Experience in diagnostic lab or healthcare sales (Preferred but not mandatory – Fresher can also apply)
• Knowledge of local healthcare market and networks
• Good presentation and persuasion skills
