Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for the position of Agency Manager.

The Agency Manager will be responsible for recruiting insurance agents, training and developing them, and driving business through the agency team. The role involves achieving sales targets, managing team performance, and ensuring continuous business growth.

This is a pure sales and target-driven role.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any stream

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience

• Prior experience in Life or Health Insurance agency channel preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to recruit, train, and manage a team

• Sales-driven mindset with focus on achieving targets

• Willingness to work on-field and in a target-oriented environment
