Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Sales Executive at Lightron Industries Pvt. Ltd. The Sales Executive will manage key client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets. Responsibilities include regularly engaging with potential and existing customers, preparing proposals, delivering product demonstrations, negotiating pricing and contracts, and ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. The role will require market research to identify trends and competitor insights, and collaboration with internal teams to develop and improve customer-oriented solutions.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement and relationship management
• Proven sales, negotiation, and business development skills with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Understanding of market trends and the ability to conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis
• Ability to think strategically, develop and implement sales strategies, and prioritize tasks effectively to manage time and goals
• Experience in the lighting or electronics industry is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
