About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager who is results-driven, relationship focused, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. You'll be responsible for opening new doors, building strong networks, and accelerating growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing team, where your contribution will directly shape Planit's continued success in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth by selling Planit's solutions and services across testing, quality engineering, business agility, offshoring, and digital.
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences by aligning solutions with client objectives.
  • Build, manage, and grow a profitable pipeline—ensuring balance across service offerings and timely velocity.
  • Identify and target new market opportunities through strategic market and client mapping.
  • Partner with delivery teams, providing commercial guidance and support to non sales colleagues.
  • Accurately forecast and report order intake, revenue, and margins.
  • Act as a brand advocate for Planit, leveraging social media and industry networks to promote our value proposition.
  • Consistently demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and client-first mindset—building long-term advocates and referrals.

Qualifications

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong sales acumen across pipeline management, reporting, and contract negotiation.
  • Ability to identify and convert opportunities quickly while solving client challenges.
  • Experience in multi-year account planning and strategic relationship building.
  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and presentation—with senior executives.
  • Established network of business contacts that can support rapid business growth.
  • Background in IT, solutions, or consultative corporate sales.
  • Highly motivated to expand your professional network and grow market influence.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a shared-success environment.
