We specialize in performance marketing, influencer marketing, Shopify development, web and mobile app development, UI/UX design, and SaaS platform development.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can generate leads, communicate with international clients, and close projects through Upwork, LinkedIn, and direct outreach.

Generate leads and projects through Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and direct outreach

Write proposals, cover letters, and project bids

Communicate with international clients and understand project requirements

Coordinate with technical team to prepare proposals and estimates

Handle client calls, negotiations, and deal closing

Maintain lead tracking sheets and CRM

Build long-term client relationships

Work on web development, mobile app, Shopify, SaaS, and digital marketing projects sales

Performance Marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads)

Influencer Marketing

Shopify Development

WordPress Development

Web Development (React, Node, PHP, Laravel)

Mobile App Development (iOS, Android, Flutter, React Native)

UI/UX Design (Figma)

SaaS / Web App Development

SEO & Digital Marketing

Experience with Upwork bidding and proposal writing

Experience in IT services sales / Digital marketing sales

Good English communication (written & spoken)

Lead generation and client handling experience

Understanding of web development and digital marketing services

Experience with LinkedIn outreach or email outreach

Strong follow-up and deal closing skills

Shopify / Web Development sales experience

Influencer marketing project sales

International client handling

CRM / Google Sheets lead tracking

20,000 45,000 per month (depending on experience)

+ Incentives / Commission on each project closed

Candidates must have experience with Upwork bidding, IT services sales, or digital marketing/web development sales.
