We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and manage end-to-end sales processes at Pidge. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the SaaS industry, with strong exposure to supply chain or logistics. This is a high-impact role requiring , strategic thinking, strong client relationship skills, and the ability to close complex deals.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Sales Ownership
Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal,negotiation, and closure.
presence in target sectors.
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Identify and engage potential clients across retail, FMCG, e-commerce, and related industries.
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with CXOs and senior decisionmakers, positioning Pidge as a strategic partner.
3. Market Research & Industry Insights
Monitor industry trends, client challenges, and competitive landscape.
Share actionable insights with internal teams to inform product development and service enhancements.
4. Proposal Development & Deal Negotiation
Create and deliver customized proposals, pricing, and presentations.Lead contract negotiations to ensure mutual value and customer satisfaction.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure
seamless client onboarding.Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and customer engagement strategies.
Experience: 8years in business development or sales, preferably in SaaS, supply
chain, or logistics.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related feild. MBA is a plus.
